The Fellowship is a significant investment in an individual's development and as such comes with a level of expectation and responsibility. If you are successful you will be expected to dedicate around 7 months to your development on the programme.
It begins with a fortnight-long residential course in September 2017. You can then return to work while you plan the tailored element of your programme. If you are offered a funded place you will receive a bursary and will be expected to set aside as much time as you can between January and July 2018 to focus on your Fellowship.
We recognise the need to stay in touch with the workplace and clients during this extended period. Some Fellows find it useful to have monthly meetings, or allocate a day a week to their work. It is not possible to continue to work full time alongside the Fellowship.
In all, you will need to dedicate around 7 months to the Fellowship in order to make the most of this extraordinary investment in you.
