Specialist Fellowships
We welcome applications for Fellowships from people working across a wide range of creative and cultural activity. Most of the Fellowships we offer are focused on particular specialisms or geographical areas.
The Specialist Fellowships available in 2013/14 are:
ARTS COUNCIL ENGLAND GENERAL FELLOWSHIPS
These Fellowships are open to candidates from a wide range of cultural activity with the potential to take on significant leadership roles within the cultural sector. The Arts Council England General Fellowships are supported by the Developing Resilient Leadership Fund which has a particular focus on developing diverse leaders.
ARTIST FELLOWSHIP - supported by Arts Council England
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications for an Artist Fellowship from artists, from any creative or cultural area, who wish to develop as leaders.
CREATIVE SCOTLAND FELLOWSHIP - supported by Creative Scotland
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications from exceptional candidates who live and work in Scotland and who are committed to developing their career as a cultural leader in Scotland.
DANCE FELLOWSHIP - supported by the Linbury Trust and Dancers' Career Development
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications for a Dance Fellowship from dancers who have performed professionally for a total of at least 8 years, 5 of which have been with one of the dance companies associated with Dancers' Career Development: Birmingham Royal Ballet, English National Ballet, Northern Ballet, Phoenix Dance Theatre, Rambert Dance Company, Richard Alston Dance Company, the Royal Ballet, Scottish Ballet and Siobhan Davies Dance Company.
JEROME HYNES FELLOWSHIP - supported by the Arts Council of Ireland/An Chomhairle Ealaion
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications from exceptional candidates who live and work in Ireland and who are committed to developing their career as a cultural leader in Ireland.
LEARNING FELLOWSHIP - supported by the Clore Duffield Foundation
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications from exceptional individuals working in education with cultural organisations; or at a senior level within formal education, who demonstrate a particular commitment to the cultural sector.
LIBRARIES FELLOWSHIP - supported by Arts Council England
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications from exceptional individuals with the potential to take on a significant leadership role within the Libraries sector.
TWO MUSEUMS FELLOWSHIPS - supported by Arts Council England
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications from exceptional individuals with the potential to take on a significant leadership role within the Museums sector.
PAUL HAMLYN FOUNDATION FELLOWSHIP IN ARTS PARTICIPATION - supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation
The purpose of this Fellowship is to develop a leader who is strongly committed to increasing access to, and enjoyment of, the arts.
Candidates for the Paul Hamlyn Foundation Fellowship should demonstrate a commitment to, and experience of, encouraging people to be actively and practically involved in the arts, as a maker and/or participant. Relevant experience could include, for example, leading an organisation focused on engagement and participation or holding a senior role in the learning department of a cultural institution.
THEATRE FELLOWSHIPS - supported by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications for two Fellowships from candidates with the potential to develop as a leader in theatre.
WELLCOME TRUST FELLOWSHIP - supported by the Wellcome Trust
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications for a Wellcome Trust Fellowship from innovative curators or producers who take their inspiration from a multi-disciplinary approach to science, medicine and well-being.
ARTS COUNCIL OF WALES FELLOWSHIP
The Clore Leadership Programme is currently inviting applications from exceptional candidates who live and work in Wales and who are committed to developing their career as a cultural leader in Wales. The closing date for applications for the Arts Council of Wales Fellowship only is Monday 4 March 2013 at 5.30pm. The deadline for applications for all other Fellowships is Friday 22 February at 5.30pm.
