Jackie Wylie

Arts programmer, producer and consultant

Jackie is a Glasgow based arts programmer, producer and consultant. She was appointed as the Artistic Director of National Theatre of Scotland in October 2016 and will take up the post in Spring 2017.

She was Artistic Director and Joint Chief Executive of The Arches between 2008 and 2015 where she was previously Arts Programmer and has recently completed a research project into the organisations legacy, support by Creative Scotland and Glasgow Life. Other recent projects include with Prime Cut Productions and Galway 2020. She has been a Board/Advisory Group Member of the Federation of Scottish Theatre, the Glasgay! Festival and Untitled Projects and is currently advisor to the Buzzcut Festival. Her previous experience was in the film and television industry and she has a First Class MA in Film and Television and Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow.
