The October 2018 cohort of Short Course Participants will arrive at Craxton Wood next month for a two-week intensive training. The participants will be provided with the essential knowledge and skills required for cultural leaders today.
The course runs at Craxton Wood, in Chester and participants will take part in sessions on topics including Coaching, Strategic Business Planning, Governance and Difficult Conversations, alongside space for individual learning and talks from leaders in the sector.
