Clore Social Leadership Programme
The Clore Social Leadership Programme develops leaders in the social sector so that they can transform their communities, organisations and the world around them.
The Programme identifies the UK’s most promising social leaders and gives them skills and opportunities to develop. Clore Social Fellows lead change in fields from financial inclusion to dementia care, international development to housing. They are social activists, entrepreneurs, charity CEO's and senior managers.
The individualised Fellowship programme lasts 12 or 24 months, full or part-time. Fellows attend residential courses, have coaching and mentoring, undertake an extended secondment and a practice-based research project, as well as taking part in action learning sets.
As the current economic climate continues to present the sector with unprecedented challenges, effective and courageous leadership is becoming ever more critical. The Clore Social Leadership Programme is committed to working collaboratively across the sector to meet these challenges head on.
