Lives in Middlesbrough, Charlotte is Head of Culture for Middlesbrough Council.
Prior to that she was National Manager: Learning and Participation for Drake Music, the leading national organisation working in music, disability and technology. As part of the senior management team, Charlotte reports directly to the CEO. She was previously Drake Music's London Regional Programme Manager. She also works for One to One Development Trust and Safe Ground, organisations that use the arts to promote community cohesion and social justice.
Previous positions also include music facilitation for a community engagement charity, a start-up business and visitor experience co-ordination for the National History Museum. Charlotte is a Music graduate from Nottingham University with a PG Diploma in Community Leadership and Law from SOAS.
